Japanese parliament confirms new prime minister
Japan's parliament has formally confirmed Fumio Kishida as the country's prime minister after the ruling Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) elected the former top diplomat in a tightly contested race that ended in a runoff vote in the party. CNN's Selina Wang reports.
