Corruption scandals complicate South Africa's Covid-19 response

Temporary houses constructed for South Africans as part of the government's response to the coronavirus pandemic are now falling apart. The government's Special Investigating Unit told CNN they are looking at more than 700 companies linked to emergency Covid-19 contracts for possible crimes. CNN's David McKenzie reports.
